Hi! Do you consider yourself addicted to coffee? I'm 20 and I don't have the habit of drinking it, but I do like it very much and I rarely drink it when really in need.

I would like to drink more of it, but I'm afraid of getting addicted to it. So my question: Are coffee's benefits worth the addiction?

how long have you been eating this way? what are the benefits you've experienced?

I've gradually eaten more and more like this over 5 or 6 years. For the past 2-3 years, it has become super solid, truly habituated.

Your second question is great and I will write a post called The Benefits of a High Protein Diet in the next two weeks.

Thanks for asking it and for reading 😉

I’ve been having a hell of a time with diet lately and this is very interesting. How long will you say you need to adopt it before you start to feel results? And any side effects early on while you transition?

I think you will begin to feel better in a few days and you will begin to shed weight in weeks. I encourage you to adopt this as a lifestyle forever, not as a diet. Let me know how it goes and also don’t restrict calories or even count them. Just eat these foods and similar foods until full. Good luck!!

So nonfat yogurt? Don't they add more sugar into this? What is a good brand to stick with?

Plain nonfat Greek yogurt. No sugar. No carbs. I get Fage brand at Costco and sometimes add whey protein and or frozen berries.

If you don't mind me asking, but what is your cholesterol with a diet like this?

My cholesterol is high, although I stopped taking a statin.

I take a CAC Test and my most recent score is low.
