Over the past few weeks, as I was laying out how to eat and when to eat, I got emails from people telling me I’m wrong.
Animal protein is bad. Carbs are not bad. Fasting is impossible.
Vegans are especially spirited in their disdain although one person I spoke with by phone hoped I wouldn't be mad at him because he didn't eat meat which was endearing.

We are all performing research on ourselves and have results as proof. We are all scientists conducting case studies.
We are the participants and we are the observers.
Some people have a lot of difficulty getting and staying healthy, so it's important to me to share what has worked for me because it may work for others.

We are all performing research on ourselves and have results as proof. We are all scientists conducting case studies. -- brilliant mental model
