Pearl's 2023 Fitness Cheat Sheet
I made a one page cheat sheet for my pal Steve who wants to get fit in 2023.
My friend Steve called me because he wants to get healthy in 2023. He plans to make it a New Year's resolution.
Steve said he’s overdue and motivated, but he didn’t want to get overwhelmed or bogged down in details.
He trusts me and has seen how I got fit and so he just wants me to tell him what to do and then he’ll get at it.
I don’t recommend this technique to everyone but for some I love it. Find somebody who has done something you want to do, learn what they do, and then do it yourself.
Steve watched me get healthy over years while him and some of our mutual friends were going the other way.
So I made this One Page Fitness Cheat Sheet for my guy and now I’m sharing it with you.

The specific directive we agreed upon goes like this.
On one sheet of paper, provide straight forward directives that I can follow closely to begin getting healthy as hell in 2023.
This Cheat Sheet is also a potential Gateway Drug. If you start working this, it might lead you to want learn more and go deeper.
