I've used a bunch of apps for running, steps, fasting, workouts, and meditation. A lot of them are cool but I'm done with them all at least for now. I don’t want to measure my fast or count steps. I’m tuning out the quantified self and tuning in the intuitive self.
I keep steps and miles just so I meet a minimum I have found works for me. Don’t get too caught up in it though. By the way.... Love that Dog. Beautiful!
