I've used a bunch of apps for running, steps, fasting, workouts, and meditation.
A lot of them are cool but I'm done with them all at least for now.
I don’t want to measure my fast or count steps.
I’m tuning out the quantified self and tuning in the intuitive self.
Where fasting means taking the spoon out of your mouth.
Thriving is not a competition and it's not about reaching level 9.
I just want to feel great.
Buddha didn't use an app under the bodhi tree and he did pretty good.

I keep steps and miles just so I meet a minimum I have found works for me. Don’t get too caught up in it though. By the way.... Love that Dog. Beautiful!
