Great perspective...ultimately we need to remain consistent and sustained in our efforts. Everyone thinks they need P90x and the latest green powders to be healthy...when all they really need are the top three consistent items your body is looking for (1) 8 hours of rest, (2) 20 minutes of walking daily, (3) some form of autophagy/I.F. paired with healthy fats and protein. I think everything else can be added to this including HIT, supplements, pre&pro biotics, resistance training, meditation, yoga, etc...but those first three seem to have had an immediate impact on my wellbeing and require almost zero effort or planning on my part.
