There was this poem I remember reading that began something like, I’d rather sleep all day like a sack on a sofa, I don’t remember where I read it and I couldn't find it online but it was about gravity and how sloth was great until it was a disease.
Phil, great article my friend. Reminds me of a quote from Lance Armstrong, "Pain is temporary. It may last a minute, or an hour, or a day, or a year, but eventually it will subside and something else will take its place. If I quit, however, it lasts forever." I know you will do your best and that is all that matters. Keep it up!
Great as allways, i am reading this book this days, which is touching the same topic, good reading too.
