Each time I face a difficult situation, I first ask myself "Is there anything I can do about this situation?". It's really comforting to realize you have no control over some situations, but just over how you digest them.
I'm really happy you touched this subject Philip. What worked for me is to pay more attention to my feelings and find the triggers that usually have a bad impact on how I react. Now I am more resilient (in day to day situations with my kids for example) by knowing when to leave the room.

Often, people make a bad situation worse by making poor decisions while they are anxious or stressed.
