Good post, Phil. For me alcohol also seems to mess with my sleep more than it used to so I’ve cut way back. It’s always good to find support and encouragement from those who have made similar decisions.
Thanks Tim. Yeah, the sleep thing is terrible. Poor sleep not only affects our body over the long term but affects mood, cognition, focus in the present. Brutal.
