thanks for this summery. two points: have you experienced increased LDL with low carb diet? second, would you agree that nutrition is personalized? some people feels better with a lot of animal proteins/fat, others thrive in mostly plants.

I get a Calcium Scan every four or five years and the most recent scan was a low score so I am not so worried about my LDL.

Different people have different paths to health which I mentioned in my post. If that is vegetarian for you and it is working for you, fantastic!
