I love hanging, and being inverted in general. I am lucky enough to have a pilates ladder barrel in my house, but my favorite is hanging from the fuzzies on the cadillac.
I don’t use it every day. My 3 yr old does for a house or rocketship or ice cream shop. My favorite things to do are back walkover, front walkover and monkey :)
And practice handstands. I took a picture for you the other day at the studio when I was hanging upside down. I guess I’ll have to post in on twitter. Don’t think I can put it here
Great tips thank you.
For the past couple of months I’ve started doing some yoga stretches each morning. I use my running warm up as my routine.
It’s been fantastic. I’ve noticed I’m calmer through the day and I’m feeling better when actually on my runs.
Stretching is so important.
I love how you used the word "calm." I'm so with you on that. Yoga and equanimity go hand in hand.
