Is there a reason you say to avoid "Bread, rice and pasta", but not potato?

What would a typical meal look like in this scenario (Lunch & Dinner b/c we're skipping breakfast)?

Here's approximately what Ive eaten the last few days.

Sunday

black coffee (3-4 cups total starting at 6AM)

2PM - 8 eggs scrambled in butter with a little mozzerella, lime, salt and pepper.

A few handfuls of peanuts during the football game.

6:30PM 2 half pound burgers (no bun, no ketchup) with bacon, tomato, Mexican cheese mix.

7PM large bowl of plain yogurt with a half scoop of whey protein and frozen blueberries.

Monday

black coffee (3-4 cups total starting at 6AM)

3:30 - half pound, maybe more, of deli turkey.

7 - grilled chicken thighs and broccili olive oil, salt, pepper, lime, taco seasoning.

7:30 - large bowl of plain yogurt with 1/4 scoop of whey protein and fresh strawberries.

Today

black coffee (3-4 cups total starting at 6AM)

12PM - Two cans of salmon, salt, pepper lime and srirachia.

Tonight - pound of shrimp cold maybe more with lime and old bay

large bowl of plain yogurt with a 1/4 scoop of whey protein and frozen blueberries.

I see. So essentially keto? How do you manage to stay full and is there any effect on your workouts?

I use the PE Diet as the frame which is also low carb but distinct from Keto. This book is brilliant: https://pedietbook.com/

I stay full by eating as much as I want within the window. I dont count calories at all. I might eat 2lbs of shrimp tonight if Im hungry.

I used to do a lot of whey protein before workouts and still do sometimes but I pay less and less attention to what I eat around workouts. Im getting results so dont care that much. Consistency is better than perfection.

How are you on honey, as in plain yogurt with a bit of honey? And how about sweetening tea. Anything that works/ is acceptable?
